These are prices by the day for an
apartment.
The
price does not include the residence tax which must be paid by the
day for all guests over 12 years. The prices of the residence tax
are listed underneath. |

Terms of reservation
and a few notes:
-
local
tax is not included in the price and is paid along with the bill
to your host who will register you at
the Komiža tourist board,
-
reservation is considered valid
after the payment of 20 per cent advance deposit on our
account at least 15 days before the arrival
-
payment
of the advance deposit should be confirmed with your e-mail,
-
if
your stay is shorter than 3 days, the price per day is increased
by 30 percent.
-
upon receipt of your
e-mail with your accommodation request stating the date of arrival
and departure and number of people we will agree upon all the
details
